Riot Fest, one of Chicago’s biggest music festivals, just announced the first wave of their amazing lineup this evening! This three-day event is happening September 14, 15 and 16 at Douglas Park. It is surely going to provide three days of incredible music, friendship and fun.
Major headliners announced include Blink-182, Beck, Elvis Costello & The Imposters, Incubus, Young The Giant, Interpol, Blondie, Alkaline Trio, Father John Misty and Jerry Lee Lewis… just to name a few.
Other stand-out artists that I’m excited to see this year include Bullet For My Valentine, The Fever 333 and Badflower. A ton of other talented acts sure to garner a bunch of new fans by performing at this humongous music fest.
Riot Fest still has yet to announce more bands to be added to the bill, so I’m eagerly waiting in anticipation of the full lineup.
