Every January, Buddy Guy comes home to Sweet Home Chicago.
Fans look forward to his January residency all year long, when they can see the legend perform right in front of them in his intimate club, appropriately named Buddy Guy’s Legends.
All tickets are general admission, so arrive early to get the best seats. How early? Doors open at 11am on Thursdays and Fridays and at noon on Saturdays and Sundays. You won’t go hungry, with options like gumbo, jambalaya, and catfish po’boys on the menu.
You’ll be entertained with acoustic sets during the day, and the opening band starts an hour and a half before Buddy Guy takes the stage.
Each night he performs with one of his favorite fellow blues artists, including Bobby Rush, Bigg Otis, and Demetria Taylor
Below’s the full schedule. Tickets for Friday and Saturday performances sell out, so you’ll want to get those quickly.
